1. God is my great physician (Exodus 15:26)
2. Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed (Jeremiah 17:14).
3. Healing is my portion in Jesus’s name (Matthew 8:17; 2 Peter 2:24; James 5:14–15; Isaiah 53:5).
4. Healing is the children’s bread; I am the child of God; therefore, healing belongs to me now (Mark 7:26–29; Matthew 15: 25–28).
5. Healing is the will of God for me (Mark 9:21–27; Luke 5:12–13).

15. What I say is what God does to me; I say that by the stripes of Christ, I am already healed (Numbers 14:28; 2 Peter 2:24).
16. What I see is what God gives me; Now, I see myself healed and whole because of the beatings Jesus received. (Genesis 13’14–15; 2 Peter 2:24).
17. When I speak to the mountain by faith, it moves; Now in Jesus’s name, I speak to this sickness of ………………… (Name the sickness) in my body that has been like a mountain, get out! For by the stripes of Christ, I am healed. (Mark 11:22–23; 2 Peter 2:24).
18. When I pray by faith in Jesus’ name, I receive my answer; Right now, in Jesus’s name, I pray against this disease in my body of …………………. (disease by name) be healed now. (Mark 11:24)
19. I confess that by the stripes of Christ, I am already healed. I am not getting healing now, but I am already healed. (2 Peter 2:24)
20. You sickness and disease of …………………… (speak the sickness name) in my body, you have been a mountain before me in my body, Now I declare be healed and made plain in Jesus name. (Zachariah 4:7).
21. Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty; The Spirit of the Lord is here, I decree I am free from this sickness of ………………. (Name the sickness) in Jesus’s Name. (2 Corinthians 3:17).
22. I declare that Jesus has redeemed me from the power and curse of the law that caused sickness and diseases in my life. (Galatians 3:13)
23. I declare Jesus is my redemption from every kind and type of sickness and disease. (Galatians 3:13–14; 1 Corinthians 1:30; Ephesians 1:7).
24. I confess that the word of God is health and healing in my life in Jesus’s name. (Proverbs 4:20–22; Psalms 197:20).
25. I believe that in being anointed by the elders of the church, I receive my healing. (Mark 6:13; James 5:14–15).
26. I believe and confess that by my prayers of faith to God in Jesus’s name, I receive my healing. (James 5:15–18).
27. I come to Jesus with this burden of the sickness of …………. (Name the disease) in my body, and I receive rest by receiving healing. I am healed. (Matthew 11:28–30).
28. I cast my cares on this sickness of …………………. (Name it) in my body to Jesus, for he cares for me; thus, I receive my healing. (1 Peter 5:7).
29. I am already healed because the word of God says so, and that settles it. (Matthew 8:17; 2 Peter 2:24; James 5:14–15).

33. The word of God is truth; because the word of God, which is truth, says that by the stripes of Christ I am healed, then I am healed, and that settles it. (John 17:17; 2 Peter 2:24).
34. Knowing the truth, and the truth is the word of God sets you free, and because the truth is by the stripes of Christ, I am healed, then I am healed. Now I am free from all and every sickness and disease. (John 8:32; 2 Peter 2:24).
35. I am whole and healthy in Jesus’s name, and nothing can deny this truth from me, now and forever more in Jesus’s mighty name. Amen.
